Upon purchase, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code for your business
• The right to modify and customize the code for your specific needs
• The right to deploy the platform for commercial purposes

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code to third parties
• Share the source code publicly or make it available for download
• Use the code to create a competing product or service that sells to others

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, our team will contact you within 24 hours to begin the onboarding process. Access to the source code and documentation will be provided after the onboarding call.

6. Support

Founding members receive priority support including custom branding assistance, prompt engineering help, 1:1 launch planning, and deployment assistance. Standard customers receive documentation-based support through our community channels.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Results may vary based on your implementation, marketing efforts, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenSaasKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to the website design, branding, and original code architecture, remain the property of GenSaasKit. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, our intellectual property.
